Absolutely not. There really is no catch - we rent from you as normal - and you receive your rent in full amount every month.
How long do guests stay?
The length of a stay can vary. The lengths of the stay can be between a few days to a few months, depending on seasonality. Many remote workers may require a few months.
How do you keep track of who is coming in and out?
Of course, security of the property is the number 1 priority. With your permission, we install cameras outside to keep track of guests are coming in and out. This ensures that guests are not accompanied by any unwarranted people. We also install noise detectors to ensure that no group gets too loud, causing unwanted disturbances.
How do you screen your guests?
Many of the platforms we use perform background checks as well ID verification. This information is given to us before accepting or declining every inquiry. We also may take note of a guest's reason for staying. Safety and security is just as important to us as it is to you!
Do you market on platforms such as VRBO, Airbnb, etc.?
We market on a number of booking sites which can include: Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing, Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Furnished Finder etc. These online travel agencies are simply used as a medium between us and our guest.
We market units to corporate travelers, traveling nurses, leisure tourists, and people traveling for business and work on several different marketing channels - all using our secure screening methods.
How do you guarantee rent?
Our business generates consistent revenue, and rent is a necessary cost of doing business. In addition to the lease being signed by the company, we are happy to personally guarantee the rent.
